MILFORD, Conn. (WFSB) — A New Haven lady was taken into custody after police say she threatened a Walmart worker with a needle earlier than taking off with merchandise with out paying.
Based on Milford Police, officers responded to the Walmart at 1365 Boston Submit Highway on Wednesday for a reported shoplifting.
It was later decided {that a} 42-year-old New Haven lady, Amy Kiernan, tried to stroll out of the shop with roughly $190 price of merchandise.
When the loss prevention officer approached her, police say Kiernan pulled out a needle and threatened the officer earlier than fleeing the world on foot.
Officers situated Kiernan a short while later and positioned her underneath arrest.
